Differently-abled UPSC 2014 topper Ira Singhal in a Facebook post said she was cyberbullied by a person who commented "kubdi" on her Instagram post to troll her. "Unfortunately someone who cannot be bullied is being attempted to be bullied," she said. "This is why we need our education system to focus on producing better human beings," she added.
