According to reports, an Islamic State Sharia judge Abu Said Aljazrawi issued a fatwa directing all its members to kill newborns and children with Down's Syndrome or other disabilities. The group reportedly has already killed 38 babies, aged between one week to three months. “They were killed by either lethal injection or suffocation," an Iraqi activist group Mosul Eye said.
