Personally allowed Navalny to get treatment in Germany: Putin

Russian President Vladimir Putin has said that he personally told prosecutors to allow opposition leader Alexey Navalny, who fell ill on August 20, to be flown to Germany. If Russian authorities wanted to poison Navalny, "they wouldn't send him to be treated in Germany", Putin added. A lab in Germany had said that Navalny was poisoned using Novichok nerve agent.
