Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte has mocked Iceland after the country led a UN resolution to investigate his war on drugs. "What's the problem of Iceland? You've too much ice and there is no clear day and night there...you can understand why there's no crime, no policeman either, and they just go about eating ice," he said about the Nordic country.
