Shiv Sena MP Priyanka Chaturvedi on Friday said the transfer of salary accounts of 50,000 Mumbai policemen from Axis Bank was "much needed" as the bank was "arbitrarily chosen". Responding to Chaturvedi, former Maharashtra CM Devendra Fadnavis' wife Amruta Fadnavis stated that Axis Bank wasn't her family bank and said, "These accounts were acquired in 2005-basis technology and services."
