The 'no-fault divorce' law, which came into force on Wednesday in England, allows unhappy spouses to end their marriages without blaming each other. The onset of no-fault divorces means spouses no longer need to prove each other guilty of adultery, unreasonable behaviour or desertion. While experts expect a rush of divorces, they predict it could also increase rates of marriage.
