Fuel prices hike in India is one-tenth of the price hike in other countries, Petroleum Minister HS Puri said in the Lok Sabha on Tuesday. "Comparing gasoline (petrol) prices between April 2021 and March 2022, the prices in the US have increased by 51%, Canada 52%, Germany 55%, UK 55%, France 50%, Spain 58% but in India 5%," said Puri.
