Congress' disciplinary action committee on Monday issued show-cause notices to party's ex-Punjab unit chief Sunil Jakhar and former Union Minister KV Thomas. Jakhar was issued notice for his alleged remarks against ex-Punjab CM Charanjit Singh Channi, while Thomas was sent one for attending CPI(M)'s event in Kannur. Jakhar and Thomas have been given one week's time to respond to notices.
