Indian husband-wife Ruchi Kalra and Asish Mohapatra, who each built their own billion-dollar startups OfBusiness and Oxyzo Financial Services, are planning their first IPO. OfBusiness, a supplier of raw materials to small businesses, could go for an IPO in six months to a year, Co-founder Kalra said. The couple's other unicorn Oxyzo could float shares in two years, she added.
