A member of the "Chaddi Chor" gang was arrested for allegedly stealing women's underwear in Jabalpur. The undergarment thief's act of stealing women's innerwear was caught on CCTV cameras installed in the area. A video of the accused stealing women's undergarment has also gone viral on social media.
