Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) leader Tejashwi Yadav released the party's manifesto for Bihar Elections 2020 on Saturday in Patna. "I assure you that papers to ensure 10 lakh government jobs to youth will be signed on...very first day," he said. Yadav added his party will work on providing better health care and will create smart villages in the state.
