The death toll in the landslide that took place in Kerala's Idukki district last week climbed to 52 with three more bodies being recovered from the debris. Bodies of two men and a woman were recovered on Tuesday, said officials. NDRF, Fire, Forest and police department personnel have expanded their search operations to trace 19 people who are still missing.
