At least 19 drowned after a boat, carrying around 60 people, capsized in the Yamuna river in Uttar Pradesh's Baghpat district on Thursday. Rescue teams managed to save 12 people while around 30 are still missing. The authorities have started the investigation and believe overcrowding to be a likely cause as the boat had a capacity of 35 passengers.
