BharatPe has denied reports suggesting it told the Delhi High Court that it might explore a settlement with ex-MD Ashneer Grover in a defamation lawsuit. Such reports are "completely baseless and untrue", BharatPe said. It's seeking ₹88 crore from Ashneer, his wife and some of their family members for alleged misappropriation of funds and causing reputational harm to the company.
