Actor Farhan Akhtar and filmmaker Ritesh Sidhwani are set to produce a biopic on Deepa Malik, the first Indian woman to win a medal at the Paralympics. Talking about the project, Ritesh said, "When I met her... she was empowering, a pillar of strength, and I knew that we needed to take her fight to the big screen."
