Chhattisgarh CM and Congress leader Bhupesh Baghel said that BJP divides people on the basis of religion. "They have done it in Uttar Pradesh and are still doing it," Baghel said while visiting Uttarakhand to launch Congress' election campaign. He added that Congress' position in the state is good. Uttarakhand Assembly polls will take place on February 14.
