'Breakthrough' cancer drug trials on hold after patient dies

Just one week after the US Food and Drug Administration approved the cancer treatment that uses patient's own immune cells, hailing it as "Breakthrough Therapy", the organisation has put additional trials on hold after a 78-year-old's death. The patient reportedly died eight days after the immune cells were modified and re-introduced back into the body, which caused a lethal reaction.
