The Central government on Friday apprised the Supreme Court that it is ready to hold talks with recognised political parties in Jammu and Kashmir to resolve the crisis but not with the separatists. The government also rejected the claim of the state High Court Bar Association that the Centre wasn’t coming forward for discussion and dialogue to resolve the crisis.
