The CBI on Monday filed a case of alleged illegal conversion of residential land to raise Ambience Mall in Gurugram against the company chairman Raj Singh Gehlot and others. Officials of Haryana Urban Development Authority (HUDA) and Town and Country Planning (TCP) departments were also booked. The CBI also conducted searches at four locations including Gehlot's residence in Hauz Khas.
