Congress Vice-President Rahul Gandhi, during his address in the United States, admitted that previous UPA government failed to provide the jobs it promised to the citizens. PM Narendra Modi's government is failing to deliver on the same too, he added. Rahul also compared PM Modi and US President Donald Trump, saying that they both 'rose because of jobs'.
