The Congress on Sunday released its first list of 77 candidates for the upcoming Gujarat Assembly elections. The list, which retained all sitting MLAs, was for the constituencies of Saurashtra and South Gujarat which would go to polls in the first phase on December 9. The last date for filing of nominations for the first phase is November 21.
