The Congress has suspended party youth leader Mohammed Nalapad, son of Congress MLA NA Haris, for six years after he and his friends allegedly beat up a youth in Bengaluru on Saturday. Nalapad had assaulted the victim for stretching his feet towards the table where Nalapad was sitting, reports said. An FIR has been registered against Nalapad and ten others.
