The Delhi government has announced the launch of 'Mission Buniyaad' from this year for improving the learning skills of students in government and municipal-run schools. The programme will target students from classes 3-8 who will take a reading level assessment and be enrolled in special remedial classes. The campaign will run for two months from May to June, officials said.
