A prisoner managed to escape from the custody of the Delhi Police on Monday after his aides threw chilli in the eyes of constables. The incident happened when he was taken to Maulana Azad Institute of Dental Sciences for a check-up. While the police personnel accompanying him have been suspended, a special team has been constituted to trace the prisoner.
