A special cell team on Thursday arrested Sonu Dariyapur, Delhi's most wanted criminal who ran an extortion racket, from Narela. The accused was wanted in several cases of robbery and murder, and carried a reward of ₹5 lakh on his head, which is the highest for any criminal in the capital. Dariyapur had been absconding since 2009 after jumping parole.
