The World Health Organization (WHO) said on Tuesday that it is discussing with Russian authorities the process for possible WHO prequalification of the country's newly-approved COVID-19 vaccine 'Sputnik V'. "Prequalification of any vaccine includes the rigorous review and assessment of all required safety and efficacy data," WHO spokesperson Tarik Jasarevic said.
