Union Law Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad on Wednesday asked former PM Manmohan Singh to not compare his days to that of PM Narendra Modi's tenure. This comes after Singh slammed PM Modi over his silence on the Kathua and Unnao rape cases and said, "The PM should follow his own advice to me and he should speak more often."
