Tesla has said the driver of the Model X car, which crashed in the US last week, received warnings but his hands weren't detected on the wheel for six seconds prior to the collision. The car was in autopilot mode when the accident which killed the driver took place. "The driver had about five seconds...but...no action was taken", Tesla added.
