India's Eicher Motors, maker of Royal Enfield motorbikes, is reportedly set to make a $1.8 billion-$2 billion takeover bid for Italian motorcycle maker Ducati. Eicher is currently finalising financing and structuring terms with banks and consulting companies, reports added. Earlier, reports suggested that Bajaj Auto had shown interest in buying Ducati.
