Elon Musk on Monday took to Twitter to suggest that Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti is open to having his startup Boring Company's tunnel network in the city to help people avoid traffic. The startup digs underground tunnel network equipped with sleds that help cars move around at high speeds.
