Online fashion marketplace Voonik has acquired three startups including Zohraa, Picksilk and Styl for an undisclosed amount. While Zohraa makes premium occasion wear, Picksilk is an online store for silk sarees and Styl is a mobile app to book salons and spas. The acquisitions will reportedly help Voonik strengthen its premium fashion products platform Vilara.
