Darjeeling Police has filed an FIR against Gorkha Janmukti Morcha (GJM) chief Bimal Gurung, his wife and other party members over the murder of three GJM workers and alleged involvement in the recent violence. A senior GJM leader said, "Why should we kill our own people?" while adding that they would file a counter case for violation of human rights.
