Govt seeks to appoint advisers for Air India privatisation

Finance Ministry's Department of Investment and Public Asset Management (DIPAM) seeks to appoint one legal adviser and two financial advisers for Air India's privatisation. DIPAM said the government will also give away the management control of Air India in the process. Notably, InterGlobe Aviation, Bird Group, and Turkey's Celebi have formally shown interest in Air India's privatisation.
