Mukesh Ambani-led Reliance Industries has spent about ₹1.5 lakh crore on its telecom subsidiary Reliance Jio, according to a Business Today report. The company's investment in the last three years in various sectors is equal to what the company has invested in its entire 35-year history. Founded in 2010, Jio claims it added seven customers every second of every day.
