While criticising the recent US tax reform, world's second richest man Bill Gates said wealthier people including him need to pay higher taxes. Gates called the reform regressive and said wealthier people tend to get dramatically more benefits than others. It counters the "general trend you'd like to see, where the safety net is getting stronger", he further said.
