Dr Kafeel Khan, who is in jail in connection with the death of over 60 children at Gorakhpur's BRD Hospital last year said he was being falsely implicated and the incident is an administrative failure. Khan has been charged with attempt to murder over the deaths, which occurred due to an alleged disruption in oxygen supply after a payment dispute.
