Former Calcutta HC judge HC Karnan, who is facing a jail-term for contempt of court, was taken to a hospital on Wednesday after a chest pain complaint. According to a prison official, his blood pressure was found to be quite high. Karnan complained of chest pain at the airport while being brought to Kolkata after evading arrest for a month.
