RR opener Yashasvi Jaiswal on Monday surpassed Sachin Tendulkar to become the third-fastest Indian batter to hit 2,000 runs in 62 IPL innings. Jaiswal is behind CSK's Ruturaj Gaikwad and DC's KL Rahul, who completed their 2,000 IPL runs in 57 and 60 IPL innings respectively. He also became the fifth-fastest cricketer to join the 2,000-run club in IPL.
