Japanese student makes time-writing clock

Suzuki Kango, a 22-year-old student at Japan's Tohoku University of Art and Design has made a wooden clock that writes the time on a panel every minute. The clock took six months and 407 hand-carved wooden moving pieces to complete. It uses four magnetic stylus pens and a magnetic drawing board to write the time in 24-hour format.
