The Janata Dal (United) on Thursday released its manifesto for the upcoming Bihar Assembly elections. While releasing the manifesto, party's state President Bashistha Narain Singh said JD(U) will ensure the progress of the state's youth, finding financial solutions and empowering the youth and women of Bihar. Singh also announced the second iteration of "saat nishchay" scheme.
