A group of Italian journalists has registered a company in the name of a mafia boss with the UK Prime Minister's official address listed as headquarters to expose flaws in Britain's corporate registration system. "There is nothing easier than creating ghost companies that can hide illegal activities or recycle money" under Britain's liberalised corporate registration system, the journalists said.
