Bengaluru-based IMA Jewels ponzi scam accused Mansoor Khan, who is believed to be in Dubai, claimed in a video on Monday that he will return to India within 24 hours. "It was a big mistake to leave India...but certain circumstances forced me to do so," he said. "I don't even know my family's whereabouts in the country," he added.
