The Maharashtra government is planning to set up its own Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT) in the next six months to tackle cyber attack incidents on corporates and critical government infrastructure. Once implemented, the approximately ₹1,000-crore project will also help in shifting the infrastructure of the affected firms to a new system, from where they can operate safely.
