A man was arrested on Thursday after he entered an HDFC Bank branch in Uttar Pradesh's Bijnor district with a fake bomb strapped to his waist in an attempt to loot it. The man had entered the bank and threatened to blow it up if he wasn't given ₹5 lakh. The police deem the man to be mentally unstable.
