Jammu and Kashmir police have arrested a man named Ishtiaq Ahmed Wani in Baramulla for allegedly instigating youths to join the Hizbul Mujahideen terror outfit. This comes days after a 17-year-old terrorist who joined the Hizbul Mujahideen only three months ago was arrested alive after an encounter in south Kashmir's Shopian district.
