The owner of a six-bedroom manor in an English village is holding a raffle after his internet marketing business collapsed. The Melling Manor, which comes with the title of Lord and Lady Melling, has previously served as a hospital during World War Two and a luxury hotel. Its owner, Dunstan Lowe, has sold 3.4 lakh tickets costing £2 (₹165) each.
