A Canadian man who lost his home in a 2016 wildfire has won the C$1 million (₹5 crore) jackpot in a lottery. Bill Pendergast said he will use the money to take his family on vacation and finish rebuilding his home, as well as purchase a Ford Mustang and fund his retirement. He added, "This is all like a dream."
