Medanta hospital in Gurugram has charged ₹16 lakh for a 22-day-long dengue treatment of a seven-year-old boy, who passed away on Wednesday. The boy's father has decided to take the matter to the Union Health Ministry, besides registering a police complaint. This comes days after Fortis hospital charged ₹18 lakh for the treatment of a 7-year-old who died of dengue.
