Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah on Friday wrote to the Centre asking for the removal of Hindi sign-boards from Bengaluru’s metro stations. "The stand of the Government of India of using three-language formula is not reasonable," Siddaramaiah said. He further added that the "cultural aspirations and sentiments of the people of Karnataka needs to be respected."
