NASA has announced that it will broadcast the annual Perseid meteor shower on its stream starting from 7:30 AM IST on Friday. Forecasters predict that the shower will have twice the usual number of shooting stars this year. The meteors will be travelling at 59 kmps, which NASA claims is 500 times faster than the fastest car in the world.
